Jag arbetar idag som uppdragschef på Assistans på Gotland AB. I min roll ansvarar jag för att leda och utveckla assistansuppdrag med fokus på kvalitet, trygghet och kontinuitet. Jag har personalansvar, arbetar med schemaläggning samt säkerställer att insatserna utformas efter varje kunds individuella behov och önskemål.
Jag har en lång och bred erfarenhet inom omsorg och personlig assistans, där jag tidigare arbetat som personlig assistent under många år. Utöver det har jag erfarenhet från arbete på korttidsboende för både barn och vuxna, gruppboende samt inom anpassad förskola och anpassad skola.
Min bakgrund ger mig en helhetsförståelse för både verksamhet, medarbetare och de personer vi är till för. Jag brinner för att skapa trygga relationer, och assistans med hög kvalite
